1.2 Account Registration: To use Cloudeey, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and keep your account credentials secure.

3.2 Unauthorized Access: Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. We are not liable for damages resulting from unauthorized account use.
4. Service Availability and Maintenance
4.1 Uptime: Cloudeey relies on Google’s robust data centers to deliver high uptime and performance. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and reserve the right to perform maintenance.
4.2 Updates and Modifications: We may update or modify our Services to enhance functionality, security, or compliance. Such updates may require you to upgrade software or agree to new terms.
5. Fees and Payment
5.1 Pricing: All fees for the Services are outlined in your subscription plan. Pricing may vary based on resource usage, features, or add-ons.
5.2 Billing: By using our Services, you agree to timely payment of all applicable fees. Late payments may result in suspension or termination of Services.
5.3 Refund Policy: Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or explicitly stated in your agreement.
6. Data and Privacy
6.1 Data Ownership: You retain ownership of all data stored in your Cloudeey account.
6.2 Data Protection: Cloudeey leverages Google Cloud’s state-of-the-art security and encryption to safeguard your data. Please review our Privacy Policy for more information on how we handle your data.
6.3 Backup Responsibility: While we take precautions to prevent data loss, you are responsible for maintaining backups of your critical data.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 Ownership: All intellectual property rights in Cloudeey’s Services, including software, designs, trademarks, and logos, are owned by Cloudeey or its licensors.
7.2 License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for their intended purpose.
7.3 Restrictions: You may not reverse-engineer, copy, or modify any part of the Services without prior written consent.
8. Termination
8.1 By You: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. Fees paid are non-refundable.
8.2 By Us: We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited activities.
8.3 Post-Termination: Upon termination, your access to the Services will cease, and we may delete your data after a specified retention period.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cloudeey is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the Services during the six months preceding the claim.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Services will meet your requirements or that they will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.
11. Third-Party Services
The Services may integrate with third-party platforms, including Google Cloud. Your use of third-party services is subject to their terms and conditions. Cloudeey is not responsible for the performance or compliance of such third-party services.
12. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on our website with the “Effective Date.” Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and Ireland. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Ireland.
